How We Do It

Pattern Services offers an effective first point of contact with our manufacturing engineers. They partner with you to develop preliminary cost based off simple 2D drawings or can develop models if not available for a hard quote. The project is then turned over to our design team that will work directly with you to finalize the details and implement value add changes.

Once the design is approved the model is then released to manufacturing where a team of pattern-makers build up the base stock and programmers develop the CNC tool path and onto the machine center where our machine operators will machine, layer and complete a precise replica of the model produced by our designers.

The tooling then goes to finish and assembly where crafted pattern-makers put on the finishing touches and assemble the necessary components to complete your order. Each assembly is then carefully checked to assure the component and assembly meets your expectations, packed and crated to for a safe delivery.
